Quick No-Bake Cake Recipe


– About 28 oz of condensed milk, – About 21 oz of biscuits, preferably dark ones, – 3 lemons.


1. Start by squeezing the juice out of the lemons. Combine the juice with the condensed milk and blend until you achieve a uniform consistency.

2. Next, line an 8x8-inch baking tin with biscuits.

3. Divide the prepared mixture into four parts and pour one part over the layer of biscuits.

4. Following this, cover the mixture with another layer of biscuits. Repeat this step until you run out of the mixture.

5. Sprinkle finely crumbled biscuits over the top.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

7. Serve chilled, optionally with fruit mousse or ice cream.
