Once you have completed all your course materials, you are ready to complete the course and print your certificate. A pdf Certificate of Completion will automatically be generated for the course when you have marked ALL of the lessons as “Complete.”
Note that the certificate will automatically print the username you chose when you created your account.
If you did not create a username, your certificate will not be generated. You will have to go back to your account profile and add a username so that it will print on the certificate. Click on the User Account tab on the far right of the main menu to access your profile and add or edit your account name. From your user profile page, click on the “Edit Profile” button pictured below on the left sidebar.
Editing Your Account Name
If you would rather have another name on your certificate other than the name you used when you created your account, you will have to go back to your user account, select “Edit Profile,” and change the name there, and then re-print your certificate. The name you enter will be the name on the certificate.
Accessing Your Certificate
Some courses may have quizzes, while others do not. If there is a quiz, you’ll be required to complete it with a score of 80% or higher. You have unlimited attempts to pass the quiz. When you pass it, your certificate will be generated.
For courses that do not have a quiz, the certificate is automatically generated when you mark all the lessons as “completed.” The certificate WILL NOT be generated until you mark ALL of the lessons complete. If your certificate is not printing, check to see if you completed all the lessons.
To access your certificate, go to the course page and click the Download Certificate button. There is also a list of certificates you’ve earned on your profile page on the left sidebar.
