In what ways do you show reverence for nature? For your Ancestors?

I always try to show reverence for nature by connecting with nature through meditation and sending healing energy into the earth. I also feed the wild birds and show respect and love for all the wild animals. I show reverence for my ancestors by meditating with those I have lost as well as trying to connect with distant ancestors especially during times when the veil between our world and theirs is the thinnest.

In what ways do you show respect for diversity and individuality? Are there any challenges you face in this area?

I do not feel as though I face any challenges in this area as I am very accepting of all people. If anything, I could probably work on being more understanding of those that paths seem a little more unsavory but I try to never judge anyone on their diversity or individual choices. I respect all people and know that we each follow our own path. We have our own lessons to learn this time around, and we are each at different places in our reicarnations.

In what ways do you serve your Grove (assuming you have one)? Your community? The world at large?

I do not currently have a Grove. I think this is an area I need to work on. Although I always try to be a good person and help those in need, I don’t think I am probably doing enough to serve. I hope to belong or start a Grove in the future but can work on servingmy community and the world in the meantime.

In what ways do you seek spiritual and personal growth?

I have studied many different paths learning as much as I can about different spiritual paths. I have studied Wicca/Witchcraft, hawaiian shamanism, reiki, and some druidry in the past. I try to grow spiritually in all ways and am always seeking to learn more.

I will have to visit them. I have never been to either of those. Do you have that video on your YouTube channel?

Hi, my name is Bernadine Hernandez. I am looking forward to this year abd a day of apprenticeship abd then following the Way of the Druid. I was raised Catholic but didn’t follow any real religious path once I became an adult. In 2013, I became very interested in learning more about the different paths of spirituality. I actually started reading up on Druidry back then and bought a couple books on it but didn’t find any studies back then. I then started learning Wicca and took a year of classes with a local witch. After that I took a few years of classes on Hawaiian Shamanism at Earthstar Spiritual (also local to me). I am also a Reiki Master and Huna Master as well as learned to work with Merkaba energy. After that, I went to college for Photography and Associate in Science in 2016. Unfortunately, I also left my Spiritual studies fall to the wayside during this time. I am just now getting back to the path I belong on and have come full circle as I believe Druidry is what speaks the deepest to me. My love of nature and especially animals has been with me since I was a little child. My connection with animals both tame and wild is very strong and especially with crows and other birds. I am looking forward to learning as much as I can and staying true to my path.

That is so awesome! I have hiked most all of the mountains of Blue Ridge on NC side but has been many years ago. I love all of them but Linville Gorge is by far my favorite! The first time I made it to the top of Hawksbill, it took my breath away with its beauty. I will definitely need to visit again soon and see if I can feel the Fae energy.

    That is great!

I have always felt a connection to the Fae, so looking forward to hopefully strengthening that connection.
