Borvo, pronounced “BOR-vo,” was worshiped from Gaul to Germany and other places throughout Celtic Europe. He is equated with Apollo. Borvo is the Celtic God of healing. Druids and Druids of the Ovate class often invoke the name of Borvo when performing ritual healing ceremonies. Some sing chants to Borvo while harvesting medicinal plants or making poultices and other medicines. His name means “to bubble” or “to boil,” and there are many mineral springs and healing pools throughout Europe that bear his name.

Invoke Borvo when using healing energy or when you are in need of his strength due to health issues. If Borvo has come into your life, look to your health.
