  1. you have reset me back to ZERO – i had completed the membership course (and have a certificate), and i was HALFWAY through the foundational druidry course (month 7, week 2). now, everything shows incomplete, no certificate, nothing. also, i opened the membership course, thinking to go through it AGAIN, but i cannot open the quiz (???). it hangs my computer.

    all of this has successfully jerked the rug out from under a novice druid.

    1. Unfortunately it was a side effect of the update. You can go back through and just click the “completed” button. If you have trouble doing that, let me know and I can do it for you.

  2. I can’t find out how to log in again. I signed up a couple of weeks ago to the Foundational course but now can’t see a login button. If I click on the User account drop-down menu, all I can see is Checkout and Wishlist. How do I get back in, or alternatively, create a new account?

    1. You may find help accessing your course materials at the link below. You might also try clearing your browser’s cache then trying to login again.

      Type of device you’re using (cell phone, tablet, PC, etc.)
      Operating system on your device
      Browser you’re using
